Hi Friends!! First of all thank you so much for visiting here my blog Sreshta's Kitchen! I am Sreshta, writer and photographer of this blog...My native is Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. Currently residing at Hyderabad.

I never ever entered into the kitchen before and I never got a chance to cook.. Even after my studies and all I was not cooking until my parents left me alone for 15 days for their trip to Karnataka..First I attempted very simple and basic recipes asking my mom, checking from my favorite food blogs Rak's Kitchen & Sharmis Passions,. I even didn't know how to cut veggies..;) Slowly I learnt everything and started blogging.  

During the quite times I like to sneak into the kitchen to experiment on new recipes. You mostly find recipes in Andhra style, sometimes Karnataka. Karnataka is my grand mother's native place.

The best critics of my recipes are my hubby,my lovely daughter, my sister..They are very truthful to my cooking..

Whenever my sister come for vacation she will force me to try a new recipes for her kids...She is the only one who insisted me to start blogging.. I want me to do step-wise pictures but as I am busy with my work so am unable to click. But in future I will.

I use my Sony DSC-W310 digital camera to take pictures and picasa for editing my pictures....Am not a professional photographer too so please bare my pictures... :(

Your suggestions for improvements in the recipe and the way I blog it are more precious to me.. :) It helps me a lot to improve my cooking skills..
